Even on this small length of beading, there are many pins!!!! long pins!!!!!

This is the bit that you don't normally see ie the rubbing down, shaping and elbow grease which makes up the preparation. A picture in concentration.

However the end result is good. On these beadings, the additional cream and red lining has already been added

A slightly different technique is being used here, where the lining is being applied after the beading is in place. While taking longer, it is hoped that the end result may be better.This picture shows the number of glue blocks being employed to try to prevent any panel movement as a result of temperature change.
