The Flume is a natural gorge extending 800 feet at the base of Mount Liberty. The walls of Conway granite rise to a height of 70 to 90 feet and are 12 to 20 feet apart. The Flume Trail is a 2-mile loop starting at the check-in booths located in front of the Flume Building. The Short Trail/Rim Path is closed and the only option is to complete the full 2 mile loop. The entire loop takes approximately 1.5 hours and finishes at the Flume Building. The walk includes uphill walking and lots of stairs. The boardwalk allows you to look closely at the growth of flowers, ferns and mosses found here.

The Moss Glen Falls hike is a short, scenic hike to a spectacular waterfall, and is only about a 5-minute drive from Stowe’s historic Village. For most people, the highlight of this hike is the actual Moss Glen Falls, which is only about a quarter-mile from the trail head.
The trail signage is limited, but the trail is quite obvious by following the brook upstream to the falls from the parking area.

Sterling Falls Gorge is a short but informative, scenic hike around the outer limits of a beautiful gorge in Stowe’s Sterling Valley. The trail consists of small, cascading falls, and has many signs describing the history, geology and lore about the gorge.
Although the falls are no greater than a few yards tall, the area tends to be significantly less crowded than other waterfalls in Stowe. As you walk the interpretive trail loop, be mindful of areas roped off for your safety. The gorge consists of three falls, six cascade sets and eight pools; however, not all are visible from the trail in the summer months with leaves on the trees obstructing the view.

Cape Ann is a rocky cape in northeastern Massachusetts, United States on the Atlantic Ocean. It is about 30 miles northeast of Boston and marks the northern limit of Massachusetts Bay. Cape Ann includes the city of Gloucester and the towns of Essex, Manchester-by-the-Sea and Rockport.
Folly Cove is one of Cape Ann’s most popular scuba diving spots, offering a great wall just outside of the cove and an abundance of sea life. For those interested in painting or photography, Folly Cove is highly scenic, with granite cliffs plunging into a rocky beach leading to the open Atlantic. Be aware that parking is limited, so plan accordingly.
Halibut Point State Park and Halibut Point Reservation are adjacent parcels of conserved, oceanside land located on Cape Ann in the town of Rockport, Massachusetts.
Originally known as “Neck” or Old Neck” beach, Singing Beach got its now famous name in the mid-19th century when it became a popular destination for local bathers. One local legend says a distinct sound was first noted as the leather shoes of nannies escorting youngsters scuffed across the sand.
Singing Beach is just shy of a half-mile wide. The bathhouse was built in the early 1920s and features a small canteen/snack stand which is privately run.
