Printing Blank Class Rosters

Method One:

Go to the class list. On the top, click on the “Show Options” button. Select any of the additional columns you would like shown. If you want a grid, check the box for display grid and you have the choice of how many columns you want in your grid (1-20) and if you would like to have dates at the top of each column.

Then click on the Report button up top. This is now the screen that you can print.

(If you use this method, some boxes come out grey.)

Method Two:

In order to do this you must first have an assignment defined for the class you want to print the roster for.

Go to “score” for the class that you would like to print the roster for.

At the top of the page, click the “printable” button.

(This page is your current grades entered if you need to print those.)

Click the checkbox for Roster Only. The grades will now disappear. You may want to uncheck the box for Show Student ID.

Once you click Roster Only, the Grid checkbox is now enabled. You may check on this if you want blank space to the right of each name. If you check this checkbox, the rest of the row is now enabled. You have the choice of how many columns you want in your grid (1-20) and if you would like to have dates at the top of each column.

If you want to print the sheet widthwise, once you hit the green print button on the top right corner, click on the preferences box and select Landscape for Orientation.
