COVID-19 HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS

FoG will ensure there are measures in place to:

· Provide and promote hand sanitiser stations for use on entering premises.

· Provide and promote hand soap and paper towels.

· Provide and promote cleaning products - especially detergent and disinfectant.

· Ensure that high-use items of equipment are cleaned and disinfected at least twice daily.

· Where possible, enhance airflow by opening windows and adjusting air conditioning.

· Where possible, provide alternatives to high-use items of equipment.

COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS

If it becomes necessary due to changing Covid-19 regulations to cancel events the designated FoG CSO will:

· For ticketed events – notify all participants via email, to organise for refunds as appropriate and advise of any alternatives being offered (e.g. online Zoom sessions).

· For non-ticketed events – place the appropriate notices on the FoG Facebook page and Website and place cancellation notices at the relevant venues.

WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS

Hygiene and Covid-Safe requirements:

· Each participant is asked to do a Covid-19 self-assessment prior to attending Festival events and workshops. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms please do not attend.

· On arrival FoG may check if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 and check your temperature before you enter a Festival venue if required by Victorian government health regulations at the time.

· Each participant must comply with the relevant Victorian Government mask wearing and other Covid-19 hygiene regulations currently enforce at the time of their participation.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF THEIR VACCINATION STATUS PRIOR TO ATTENDING. YOU MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED TO PARTICIPATE IN WORKSHOPS.
