Nominations for Spring 2024 or full academic year 2024 are open
Application documents required by UDLAP are:
Language proficiency proof. If the student is going to study courses taught in English and he/she comes from a non-native English-speaking country, a letter or certificate that states he/she has English proficiency equivalent to B2 Level will be required. For courses taught in Spanish, if the student is from a non-native Spanish-speaking country, we will send the instructions for our online placement test.
Valid passport (copies with expired date will be rejected).
Official transcript of records with official stamp (in English, if coming from a non-Spanish speaking country).
1 front view passport-size photo, in color and white background. It has to have a minimum resolution of 300x300 px, and must be delivered in JPG format and named with the student´s full name (First Name(s)_Last Name(s)). We cannot accept cropped photos from trips, social media, events, selfie, etc.
UDLAP Medical form (approved, signed and stamped by a doctor and the student). Blood type is mandatory.
Copy of the health international insurance, it must cover the student with:
Epidemics
Repatriation of remains, in case of death
Sanitary emergency or medical evacuation
Once UDLAP receives the students’ required documents, the student will receive a confirmation message via email in order to verify that his/her UDLAP application is being processed. Once all documentation is complete, we will issue the acceptance letter.
Accommodation

If your students are interested in our on-campus accommodation, they need to let us know immediately so that we can request a space for them.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Residential Colleges admit only students coming to UDLAP to take undergraduate-level courses. Additionally, students who are 24 years old and above may not be allowed to book on-campus accommodation.

International Health Insurance Coverage
Although the institution provides basic medical support on campus, UDLAP requires that international health insurance covers all students participating in an exchange. We require that all students send their policy where the following information can be seen:
Insurance company’s name
Student’s full name
Coverage period (it must consider the student’s entire period of stay in Mexico)
Emergency contact information
Coverage of repatriation of remains in case of decease
Coverage of emergency evacuation for sanitary or medical reasons
Coverage of epidemics
