APPLICATION
Once students have been nominated online, they will receive the application procedure by email at the address entered in the nomination form. Students will have to fill out and submit their application form online. The necessary documents have to be submitted online as well, within the application form:
A copy of the individual record of civil status or any other document (e.g. birth certificate) attesting to the identity of the candidate and including the names of both parents (a requirement of the Government of Quebec)
A photocopy of the candidate’s passport ID page (Does not replace the birth certificate)
An official transcript of all courses completed to date by the candidate in his/her current program
When required, a certificate attesting to the French or English language skills of the candidate
A list of courses selected by the candidate for his/her exchange semester(s) at ESG UQAM
These documents must be in French or in English. If not, candidates must provide a translation with the original document. Non-official translations are accepted.
