Health Insurance Certificate
English language proficiency certificate: TOEFEL IBT 90, IELTS 7.0 or valid equivalent comparable to C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The proof should not be older than 2 years of the test date otherwise it won't be accepted.
No original documents are needed.
Once the students have successfully submitted the online application, they will receive an email with further information about their admission. They will also receive their login data for the student online campus after being accepted to FS.
Admission / Invitation Letter
Students can access their admission letter in the online application tool once their application has been approved.
The invitation letter will also be accessible for the student in the online tool (only for students who required a visa in the application before).
Insurance
Since the electronic health insurance reporting system was introduced in Germany, all incoming students need to submit an electronic health insurance confirmation. Without it, we cannot enroll them as our students. We will provide your students with further information on this when we contact them.
Housing
Frankfurt School offers modern on-campus accommodation for students. There is an allotment of apartments reserved for exchange students. In general, accommodation contracts are for a 12-months duration. However, to accommodate exchange students, FS also offers 6-month contracts in accordance with the priciple of solidarity: 15.01.- 14.07., and 15.07.-14.01. Students can apply for an accomodation through our FS Online Campus only (the access data will be sent to the student after the application was approved). Please note that we cannot guarantee housing to all exchange students. For further information, please check our website or contact our housing coordinator accommodation@fs.de.
Course registration
Exchange students register for their courses online prior to their arrival in Frankfurt. The students will receive further information regarding the course registration from the FS International Office as soon as the semester start gets closer. Please kindly note the course selection is done on a first come, first served basis, and seats are limited.
