Major Overhaul of Site

We are nearing the end of a major overhaul of the site, mainly focused on improving navigation. Many links have been added. A description of the content of most pages is now set in bold at the top of these pages. A new Directory page has been designed. Some pages have been removed and/or combined with other pages. Videos have been added. Two new "Getting Started" pages have been added. A Browser Issues page has been added. A Children's Music page has been added. I think that's about it. Come and see.
