Made Some Site Revisions

Revised the Site Help page. Added a sub-page about viewing the documents attached to the site. 

Found that we couldn't get a good result opening documents from this site on our second generaton iPad. But found that the docs could be opened on the iPad just fine from our location on Scribd.com.

Added series number to some of the collections on this site, matching the series numbers on the Scribd site.
