We excited to be hosting the 41st Annual College Fair! The ASF College Fair will be heald a little earlier in the school year in 2024 but what will remain the same is that will take place again on a Friday morning with the majority of the participants being ASF Upper School students (approx. 700 in total). Also invited are ASF community member (families).

Participation Fee

There is a $50 USD fee to participate, written as $950 Mexican pesos on the payment form. The fee is used to cover the associated costs of the fair.

9:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

9:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. College Fair open to ASF students and community members 

11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Lunch at ASF

One large table, a tablecloth, water, coffee, and lunch. Wifi will be available!

1 Brochures and your institutional banners or tablecloth. Your things must fit on your table and not encroach in your neighbor's space. Oversized backdrops are not allowed.

2. Electronic devices; just make sure they're charged!

3. Swag is appreciated by students!

PLEASE NOTE: A MAXIMUM OF TWO REPRESENTATIVES FOR EACH INSTITUTION CAN PARTICIPATE.

There will be a bus available to bring university guests from Marriott Reforma to ASF the morning of the fair.
