Invitation
Dear Admissions Officers,
On behalf of the American School Foundation of Guadalajara and the ASFG Class of 2023, I would like to formally thank you and your institution of higher education for choosing to join us at our annual College Fair, which will be held on our campus on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm with 30 minute workshop sessions starting at 10:45am.
Our Student Council team will be organizing a raffle. The students would greatly appreciate a donation of any interesting or cool items from your institution in order to help motivate student participation. Here is the message we used last year:
"We are going to have a small activity going on in which students are going to be encouraged to visit more stands to hopefully win a souvenir. We would give each of you representatives a couple of tickets which you would give out to students who show genuine interest about your university or college and ask good questions to you. They'll write their name on the ticket and place it inside a ballot to compete for prizes. This is where we need your support: who doesn't want a hoodie, bag, hat, or anything really, with the name of their dream school?! Could each of you representatives bring attractive souvenirs that are different, or bigger that you can donate to our student raffle?"
