Fees & Payment
Fee: $400 per school
This fee pays for the following:
materials used during the olympics from the competitive events to enrichment programs (e.g. dissection specimen)
access card & lanyards
snacks for participants and supervising adults
all awards (e.g. medals, plaques) and prizes
Note: We are a public school and thus we do not profit from the money collected. All the funds are used exclusively to run this event. Our school also sets aside budget to help cover the cost of the event since these fees are not enough. Since COVID, prices on all materials have significantly increased. Our fee has only increased by $10 since last year.
Payment
To secure your spot in the Olympiad, payment must be received within 2 business days after the confirmation of the online registration is sent. After that point, your spot will open up to the next team on the list.Â
Payments should be sent through a Journal Entry (JE). Make sure you've spoken to your office administrator (OA) to ensure that they know how to do that.
The CC and GL numbers that you need for the JE will be emailed to you in the confirmation email after you register online.
Upon receipt of the journal entry, you should receive a confirmation email from the MSEO director within 2 business days. If you don't, send an email to follow up.
