Richard Travsky spotted the famous T-Rex statue at the University of Wyoming in Laramie sporting a cloth mask - with Steamboat patterned fabric, of course!

The mask was given to patients at the Cheyenne Children's Clinic (CCC) at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. You could not enter the building without a mask and had to stop and have your temperature checked and answer if you had any symptoms of COVID-19 or had traveled anywhere with COVID-19.

The mask was created for and handed out at the "Fanfare for Education" event held June 13, 2020. This is an annual event at St. Mary's Catholic School.

Some companies began selling their own masks to advertise their businesses and protect their customers. This mask reps the Snowy Elk Coffee Co. in Cheyenne.

In the spirit of "using what you have," here is Budd Betts wearing a mask creatively made from - yes - a padded bra!

For his 64th Birthday, Budd celebrated in pandemic-themed style. The menu for the festivities included offerings such as "Beyond Corona Burgers," "Socially Distanced Potatoes."

Spiderman makes COVID-19 protection much more fun!

The artist behind this mask promoted creation of protective masks by local quilters in Cheyenne to help with shortages for health care workers during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She provided much of the fabric and elastic for quilters to pick up and from which to sew the masks.

This ear saver was made by a paintball company in Aurora, Colorado called Mile High Paintball. It was made with a 3D printer.

The ear saver holds the straps of a face mask off the back of the ears relieving pressure and discomfort on the ears.

Wyoming received approximately 50,000 protective face masks from the Taiwanese government to help protect frontline workers against the COVID-19 pandemic in April 2020. The shipment provided the state with a much-needed influx of personal protective equipment (PPE) as federal officials had largely left states to procure their own supplies.

A plain white mask. A lot of people began matching their outfits to their masks, and vice versa. This white one would go with every outfit!

Face shields became an alternative (or addition!) to cloth face masks.

This particular shield was used by an Election Judge at the primary elections held at August 18, 2020.
