Snowy Range Blue hand sanitizer created by friends, James O'Malley, a scientist at NDC Power, and Alfred Spatz, a local musician, to help with the increasing demand amid the coronavirus pandemic. The sold them to both local businesses and directly to residents in Cheyenne and Laramie. They created the black lid version first but found that the second bottle design with the spray attachment worked better to dispense the product.
