Prayers for January 8, 2012

Let us pray for all missionaries, especially those who labor at the Unity Mission School in East St Louis, the prison ministries of our district, and the Lutheran Church of South Africa.

Let us pray our nation's leaders, especially Barak our President and Patrick our Governor.

Let us pray for our armed forces, especially George Mokriebow who is deployed.

Let us pray for the sick: Bill Tyler, Curtis Boecklen, Viola Harris and Taylor Crane.

Let us pray for the education programs of St Salvator as the the new education facility is dedicated. May the Lord continue to bless the instruction of the young in this congregation.
