RB CERT will be starting a Net for CERT Comm Team members on the EARS repeater stating on Tue 9/17 at 2100.
Red Cross Meeting
Red Cross wants 10 hrs per month from volunteers
After the last meeting they had a pot luck and BBQ
Comm Team members were available to program radios to the Red Cross Fleet Map for those that brought their radios.

You are invited to try out the friendly PAPA Digital and Analog systems which provides coverage of over 2,000+ Sq miles area in So Cal and DSTAR connected through the Reflector 12A internet with QSO from New Zeland, UK, Italy, Japan and throughout the USA.
DSTAR members are experimenting with Raspberry Pi and Arduino with GMSK computers. TNC, analog to digital, repeaters, and other projects.
EARS meeting
Presentation and display on High School Robotics Project
David Tarr, KJ6DFT and students from the Esc Charter High School.
Out of a field of 50 robotics teams from Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Mexico, the ECHS team made it through the seed rounds and went all the way to the final rounds in a double elimination tournament.
Escondido Crusin Grand had Discovery Channel filming at last Fri event.
Poway's Antenna meetings have been ongoing and appear to be reaching a compromise with the city.
RBERS will be conducting a simplex drill on 10/19.
