We hold our club championships every November and it's a chance for the whole club to get together and cheer each other on!

Forms must be completed and returned in order to participate in the championships. All entry forms to be returned by 9pm:

Swimmers aged 8 & under enter 50m freestyle and any 25m events.
Swimmers aged 9 to 12 can enter up to a maximum of 6 events; two 50m events, one 100m event, 100m and 200m IM, plus SKINS
Swimmers aged 13 to Masters can enter up to a maximum of 6 events; two 50m events, one 100m event 100m and 200m IM, plus SKINS
There is no minimum number of races. Heats are swum in age categories when possible.

There are novices and stroke prizes plus all competitors receive a participant’s medal. All cups and trophies are awarded at the Annual Awards Evening to be held on Friday 27th January 2023. More details will be emailed to members nearer the time.
Points:
Each swimmer will be awarded 1 point for each event entered & swum.
In addition, the following points will be awarded for EACH EVENT in each age group:
1st – 6 points, 2nd – 5 points, 3rd – 4 points, 4th – 3 points, 5th -2 points.
Swimmers aged 9 and under and swim skills, are eligible to enter novice races.
Points to be awarded for all events including 100 Individual Medley and added together for overall places for each age group 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15+ Boys and Girls.
SKINS - points will also be awarded for the SKINS knockout races - 1 point for taking part in a heat / round and 2 points for progressing to the next round;
Highest total points will determine overall age group boy and girl.1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies.
