LEARNING FACILITATION 

This is a two-day course that shall enable Learning and Development Practitioners to acquire facilitating skills and effectively facilitate learning based on the Learning Cycle framework. By the end of this course, the participants shall be able to demonstrate effective presentation and facilitation skills. 

  Course Objectives:

1. Appreciate the need to facilitate learning effectively; 

2. Discuss the Learning Cycle in relation to the facilitator’s role in processing learning; 

3. Assess self against the skills for effective facilitation and commit to address the competency 

4. Handle various types of disruptive behavior;

5. Practice effective facilitating skills.
