LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MICRO-LEARNINGS

Microlearning is a strategy that includes taking in new information in bite-sized portions at a time. This strategy is also known as "chunk learning."

After being taught something, people are able to store and recall a significant amount of it for a length of time. On the other hand, the quality of such information tends to deteriorate over time if it is not considered "critical" to the activities that are currently taking place.

The strategy of microlearning is one approach that can be taken to solve this challenge. Knowledge retention and productivity can be improved by dividing the material into smaller chunks and practicing remembering different parts of it throughout time.
