Puffy Sleeves, a trend that never goes out of style! Dating all the way back to time of the Renaissance, puffy sleeves add design to a basic top making it acceptable in the fashion world. You never want to be too basic and this type of sleeve keeps the boring out and the fun in! Puffy sleeves can be found on dresses and tops and can be worn with jeans of any sort, a nice pair of earrings, and can be dressed up or down for any occasion! Many trendy high end stores such as Bloomingdales, Revolve, Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms carry a variety of brands that incorporate the puffy sleeves into their clothing pieces. Celebs such as Kendall Jenner and Chrissy Teigen brought back the trend in 2018 at red carpet events and its continued into 2020!

Polka Dots

When talking about spring 2020 trends, polka dots have become a big part of the conversation. Polka dots are a simple, yet stylish print that can be paired with many basic pieces. They are both flattering and chic. Polka dots had a big debut on the runways this spring, with different designers creating a variety of looks with the use of the print. Wes Gordon, an American designer, went for a fitted, 90's sheer look which was a real eye-catcher on the runway. The polka dot look has made it off the runways and has been incorporated into streetwear and onto celebrities. Blazers might not seem like a top choice to wear as a fashion statement, but over the past year they are the new hot trend that celebrities pair with belts, as seen in the photo Emily Ratajkowski is wearing. Oversized or cropped blazers can come in a variety of patterns and colors making it easy to style with jeans or shorts. This hot trend is masculine but adds in a feminine flare when accessorized correctly. Over the past year, utility pants took a take off starting in 2019 when Sandy Liang wore them to New York Fashion Week and rocked them! She influenced many young and older fashionistas to try them! They are very unique, with big pockets and a baggier look. Utility pants go great with sneakers and even heals if you want to dress it up a bit. Straight leg jeans, also known as mom jeans, have grown to be a big trend this year. They were very big on the runways and have made their way off. So many celebs such as Kourtney Kardashian, Hailey Baldwin, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner, as seen in the picture above, have been spotted wearing neon colored bikinis this season. Animal print! A trend that never goes out of style. Animal print can come in a variety of prints from cheetah print, zebra print to leopard print and more! Embroidery

Recently embroidery has made a comeback since the early 1900s. Embroidery dates back thousands of years to ancient China where it was first invented and designed on expensive silk. In recent years, embroidery has been popular on jeans, jackets and all kinds of clothing. Any design of embroidery can be sewn on clothing from flowers to animals to paisley designs. Ancient Chinese used bright colors when creating embroidery, which is still seen in modern designs of embroidery today.
