1. Tell us a little about yourself!

"My name is Parker Winston! My parents named me after spider-man (peter parker). I grew up in New York City and have been modeling with Wilhelmina kids and teens since i was 5 years old. i’ve always been obsessed with art in every form and modeling was just another outlet for me to express myself. i am now 16 years old and have been writing music and acting along with modeling :)"

2. What’s your go to outfit?

"My outfits always reflect my moods. If i’m feeling a little edgy and angsty, you’ll find me in all black probably matched with fishnets and combat boots, but usually I wear mini dresses matched with oversized jackets and either heels or air jordan’s to switch it up."

3. How would you describe your style and personality?

"My style is super reflective of my personality. Naturally, I am a pretty romantic and flirtatious person. I try to romanticize my life and take in the beauty all around me, and I feel my happiest when I dress up. I think I always dress as if I’m going on a date. I love light colors and beautiful mini dresses. Wearing something that makes me feel romantic and beautiful is the best way I can describe my style."

4. How did you start modeling?

"When I was 5 years old my mom brought me in for a meeting at Wilhelmina kids and teens and I was immediately signed and worked probably 4 to 5 days a week."

5. Has living in NYC effected your fashion sense in any way?

"Living in New York City definitely gives you the opportunity to explore your own fashion with no judgements. Everyone’s style in New York is so personal to them and you can tell so much about a person just by what their wearing. Over the years I have been able to explore myself through fashion rather than following typical trends and making it work for myself."

6. What are your top three favorite clothing brands?

"My top three favorite clothing brands are Are You Am I, Réalisation Par, and Daisy LTD."

“My name is Sam, I'm 23 years old, and I live in NYC! I work in editorial at Cosmopolitan, run an online clothing brand called Brunch Club, create content for a cumulative 50k+ followers on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, and do some freelance consulting on the side.”

2. How did you get into fashion?

“I was excited about fashion from a very young age. My mom always tells a story about our family trip to Arizona when I was three. The heat rose to 100+ degrees every single day, and I would ONLY wear tights and dresses! Now, that interest has manifested in my roles as a content creator and small business owner.”

3. What’s your go to outfit?

“Black bike shorts, white crop top, a funky blazer and some combat boots! Don't forget to layer on the gold jewelry—I'm a sucker for shiny things!”

4. How did you get your job at Cosmo, and what’s it like working for one of the largest fashion magazines?

“Working for Cosmo is a total dream. I've always had a passion for storytelling, and as the largest young women's media brand in the world, Cosmo has really elevated my voice. I'm obsessed with the team, passionate about the work, and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. It's a common misconception that Cosmo is a "fashion magazine." We have tons of sections, and fashion is certainly one of them, but my favorite thing about the mag is how diverse our content really is. We try to make it reflective of ALL the things our reader cares about—from how to vote to how to talk to their crush to what kind of foundation is best for their skin type to what to wear to formal! Our reader-first approach is what drew me in initially, but it's also what makes me excited to continue doing my job every single day.”

5. How can one grow to be an influencer like yourself?
“Being an influencer is about creating engaging content and catering to your audience. I always tell my clients and friends who are looking to grow their accounts that great content comes first—the followers follow (no pun intended!).”

6. How would you describe your style?

“I can't! Maybe adventurous. There are definitely times when you'll catch me in a white t-shirt and blue jeans, but most days I've added some weird jewelry or neon blazer to level up the look. I'm all about experimenting and having fun with it.”
