Festival FAQs

• Festival is Wednesday Nov. 15 - Saturday Nov. 18

• Students will miss Wed-Fri before Thanksgiving Break

• We will return very late at night on Saturday

• Only Upperclassmen are eligible to attend Festival

• You must have a history of involvement with Elkins Theatre

• All attendees are required to compete in an IE event. 

• Cost

  • $250 per student - includes:

    • Room, Registration, Travel, (first) IE Registration, Lunch and Dinner

  • $100-$200 extra spending money

  • $15 per extra event registration

• We are working toward the goal of fundraising enough to cover AT LEAST 1/2 of everyone's cost.

• We will be staying at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, TX

• We are traveling via charter bus to the event with Kempner High School
