Proud Alum of Stephen F. Austin State University .  I have been living in Houston, TX with my husband for 9 years and the last two have been with our son Theo!  I have a degree in Directing from SFASU and I am currently pursuing a Masters in Arts Entrepreneurship from my Alma Mater. 

I love theatre and it has been my main pursuit since I was in high school myself in Austin, TX. I love creating art, reading, seeing movies and watching TV (it's so good these days) baking, my rock collection, DIY everything, and theme parks (or really anything with a good heavy theme). 

This will be my first year at DeBakey High School and my 7th year teaching. I stay extra busy directing shows professionally in Houston for various theatre companies. I'm super excited for this Elkins Theatre adventure!
