Chafee Education and Training Grant Up to $5,000 for current or former foster care kids

OOG: Oregon Opportunity Grant Need-based grants for Oregon residents attending Oregon colleges. Up to $2,250 per year

Oregon Promise May pay for all of community college. Here's how it works (taken from the Mt. Hood CC website): If you are eligible for full Pell and Oregon Opportunity Grants (OOG) then you will receive $1,000 from Oregon Promise. If you are eligible for partial Pell/OOG then Oregon Promise will pay the difference. If you are not eligible for Pell/OOG then Oregon Promise will pay al or most of your tuition. To qualify you must have a high school GPA of at least 2.5, go to college within 6 months of high school graduation, and be a resident of Oregon for at least the past year.

Oregon Student Child Care Grant: Helps students who have children to pay for child care so they may pursue higher education.
