Farm Hostels

An add'l income-generating idea is to build small "farm hostels" which could double as Guest Houses or Volunteer Bunkhouses or whatever... can host guest workers for length of stay, and they can pay for "room & board" either by set rate (~$20/night) or "sweat equity"... can work on designs with SketchUp (or 30-day trial of Revit)...
