Farmer's Workout

A Farmer's body is their primary equipment - it therefore needs to be cared for properly.  Farmers go to great lengths to care for the well-being of their plants and livestock, but often shirk when it comes to caring for themselves.  With the "Farmer's Workout", we hope to outline some basic points farmers can address (diet, exercise, body mechanics, &c) that may help in this regard.
