Territorio de Zaguates is one of the organizations trying to combat street dogs and abuse of dogs in Costa Rica. They have a lot of dogs and aren’t very popular with the locals. They are nurturing the dogs. At first, they took every dog they could, but with lack of money and support, they can’t even feed themselves.
