3.5W NDB7A75 445nm Laser Diode
These diodes are comfortable running @ 3.5A for a very stable continuous duty cycle application output and 4A for shorter duty cycle applications.
4.5A would be an absolute max for shorter duty cycle application with a lower life expectancy.
Here is a quick video.
The divergence of the diode Is about 2X that of the M/A140 and NDB7875 diodes.
But about 1/2 that of diodes like the NUBM44-V2 and NUBM08's.
This diode is my favorite for high power 445nm-455nm blue diodes.
