Leyton Manor 4 Bow Badgers 2

Badgers had yet another away game on 24^th February against Leyton Manor. The game was staged on Little Palmers Green (Pitch N13) on a cold winter morning. It wasn’t a great day for the Badgers. Quick summary of what happened: We went 4-0 down and pulled it back to 4-2. Mark Jones stretched to shoot when a pass would have been simpler and wrecked his knee in the process. First aid included putting coats on him. He got to ride in the little yellow ambulance truck which looked like it was going to collapse under his weight. Nate kicked it up in air and it came back down and went in the goal. Gavin scored a proper goal and Dwayne hit the bar from 3 yards out. Kieran cuddled one of their players and got booked and Mike scored an own goal assisted by Ollie. Shan’s parents came to watch.
