The bikeway access in Racine County needs to be addressed in order to provide full uninterrupted access to Milwaukee's and Kenosha's Bikeways.

In addition, the old railroad line between Sturtevant to Union Grove can be investigated for a Rails-To-Trails option (click here for details). This line could potentially be modified to allow for low speed mini car traffic.

There is also an abandonded line running from Kansasville to Elkhorn (click here) that could be used for a similar purpose to connect Racine to Elkhorn through Burlington.
