Cub Adventure Weekend is an exciting adventure for your Cub Scouts. It provides a fun filled family environment and includes an adult partner or the whole family as an added feature to the fun. Cub Adventure Weekend at Cricket Hollar is designed for boys and girls who have completed at least one year of the Cub Scout program. As the name infers, this is a weekend overnight camp beginning Friday evening and ending Sunday morning.

The goal of the Cub Adventure Weekend is to provide a more exciting program to Cub Scouts who have already experienced Cub Scout Day Camp.

Lions & Tigers will need an adult to attend.


Parent Action Items

  • Medical Form Part A & B required for all attendees (Scout, adults, & tag-a-longs)

  • Registration and fees should be paid by April 26th.

  • Late registration and fees due by May 13th.

Registration Instructions

NOTE: Registration is by name of participant, not number of participants. Before you register you must have a list of individuals attending and the shirt size for that individual.

Please complete all fields as prompted. Do not leave any blank.

Pack Registration

Unit registration - complete the unit information to include the point of contact and all of that individual's information - You will need to know if your unit will arrive on Friday or Saturday and if you will be camping. Also, please include any special needs in the applicable field.

Enter Contact Information for this Contingent

This person will be a communications contact for this contingent. The council may communicate with this person about the event and the registration process. This person will also have the ability to manage this registration on the unit's Home Page. Note: If you are attending the event, you must be added as a participant and pay the appropriate fee.

(1) Youth registration - Select the Youth Registration option, enter then enter the name of each youth attending. You will be asked to enter the shirt size for the participant. Shirts are included with registration for early bird registrations only.

(2) Adult registration - Select the Adult Registration option, enter the name of each adult attending. You will be asked to enter the shirt size for the participant, if desired. Purchase of shirt will be added to registration.

(3) Tag-a-long registration - Select the Tag-a-long registration option, enter the name of each tag a long attending. You will be asked to enter the shirt size for the participant, if desired.

(4) Den Chief registration - Select the Den Chief Registration option, enter the name of the Den Chief that will be attending. You will be asked to enter the shirt size for the participant, if desired. Purchase of shirt will be added to registration.

(5) Check out and pay for your registration.

How to add additional registrants to your Pack?

Only the contingent point of contact that made the original reservation initially can add additional participants. The Council Service Center can add additional contingent leaders. This contact must have a MyCouncil account. Please provide us with their full name, e-mail address and phone number when requesting access privileges.

Steps to Add additional Registrants:

1) Go to the search option at www.MiamiValleyBSA.org and enter your unit number in the search window.

2) Click on "Registrations" menu option.

3) Click on the Cub Adventure Weekend registration.

4) You can now navigate and add additional participants. Click on the Participants tab to do so. Please remember you are not able to delete or change a participant once registered. You may only add new registrants.
