Parent Action Items

  • Register individually

  • Deposit due to MVC by March 1st.

  • Balance of Fee Due on or before the April 8th Den Meeting. Do not put this off.

  • Medical form Part A & B are required for all attendees (Scout, adults & additional tag-a-longs). Use the new form.

  • Intro to Family CampYou are welcome and encouraged to participate individually. We will not be signing up as a Pack unless we get a large number of families who are interested.

  • This is a great alternative (or addition) to Day Camp and Resident Camp.

  • This is a Camp for the entire family - or just one parent - to attend with their Scout.

  • The camper deposit for the 2013 season is $30.00 and due to the Miami Valley Council offices by March 1, 2013. For early bird pricing, remaining fees are due April 15, 2013. Camper deposits are non‐refundable, but are transferable for the current season only.

  • To qualify for the early bird pricing, all deposits must be paid by March 1 and remaining fees paid by April 15, 2013. Deposit and early bird fees must be allocated to specific Scouts.

Cost For Family Camp

  • Half the fees are due with application. If you are submitting a Campership Application it may pay the other half. This is based on need.

General Information about this Camp

The following information will be updated when it is posted through MVC.

  • Over 20 activities offered and most go toward Rank Advancement, Electives, and Beltloop requirements.

  • Swimming, BB, Archery, crafts, rappelling wall, fishing, food, and tons more

  • Volunteer staff leads the fun, parents will supervise and heard their Scout toward the proper destination, and a boat load of activities await.

  • The theme is "The Amazing Race" which sounds like fun.
