Create a Members Portal Account

Invalid Account or Email address

Error Message: INVALID! The system did not find any account using the credentials provided. Please check and try again.

This error can be caused by

  • Wrong Member ID Number

  • Multiple email addresses in OGD.

  • An invalid email address in OGD.

      • Make sure there is no extra space at the end of the email address.

      • Make sure the email address is correct.

Verify your Member ID number and email address.

Coordinate with your OGD Encoder.


Send Failed due to Yahoo Email Address

Error Message: Send Failed! Sorry, but our servers cannot send emails to YAHOO emails (_____@yahoo.com) as of the moment. Kindly ask your OGD Coordinator to edit and use a different email address (e.g. gmail).

Coordinate with your OGD Encoder. Your OGD Encoder needs to do these steps.

  • Log in to the OGD.

  • Click Members Database.

  • Search for your record.

  • Click your record to access it.

  • Copy your email address to the Website field or to a notepad.

  • Type in a non-Yahoo email address.

  • Click Save Changes. Do not click Close.

  • Create the Members Portal account as described above.

  • After the account is created, copy back the Yahoo email to the Email Address field.

  • Click Save Changes.

  • Click Close.
