- If the PFO is also a Chapter Head/Leader or Unit Head/Leader, the Pastoral Service Record should reflect his/her pastoral role.
  - For example: The PFO is a Unit Head.
    - Pastoral Service Record:
      - Service: Unit Head
      - Household Head: Chapter Head
    - Service Role = PFO
