OGD Report shows OGD Family data is blank

Issue:

You generate a report in OGD using "Export Specific Fields". You check the box for Family and other items.

When you check the output file, you find that some records show that there is no Family data even when there's data in the OGD.

Solution:

Unknown as of April 7, 2024.

The report only captures entries of children who are members of CFC ministries.

This workaround has been tested on April 7, 2024, and confirmed to not resolve the issue:

• Copy the Family details -- i.e., children's data.

• Delete one child's record.

• Enter that child's data.

• Repeat the delete and enter until all records are replaced.
