- Communication, Decision Making and Professionalism - Solutions to Understanding Generational Cultures . . . . .

This robust interactive course in human factors examines how effective communication, purposeful decision making and professional behavior can help employees overcome the different generational cohorts they are working with every day. It is worth noting that the generational differences between employees are regarded as one of the major obstacles facing the workforces in today’s businesses. Realizing there are multiple generations in our society, each having its own culture, cultures which influence how they perceive their environment and how they interface with one another, can bring about the need for achieving an understanding and developing higher expectations. Safer “best practices” can be attained through learning how various generational groups affect one another. Through understanding where priorities are set, either positively or negatively, and by using enhanced communication, decision making skill sets and professional practices, a purposeful workforce will be created.
