The following resources and programs can help school health champions promote positive mental and emotional health practices.

Jack.org, School Mental Health Ontario and Kids Help Phone have partnered to created a resource hub to support youth mental health during COVID-19.

Teen Mental Health collects evidence-based resources, research, education and resources. Materials are provided in a variety of mediums that include videos, animations, brochures, e-books, face-to-face training programs, and online training programs.

This toolkit promotes positive mental health practices and perspectives within the school environment. The Toolkit was developed for the Pan-Canadian Joint Consortium for School Health.

Free Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-based resources to help students, teachers and families cope with anxiety and uncertainty related to COVID-19.

HEADSTRONG is an evidence-based anti-stigma initiative created by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. It's designed to help students Be Brave, Reach Out and Speak Up about mental health.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) has developed a COVID-19 resource hub with information for teachers, parents and students, including an app to help manage stress on the go.

In 2019, the CCRCE-HPS partnership distributed surveys to schools with the goal of understanding what mental health promotion programs are most implemented in the region. This report summarizes key findings and provides ideas for programs that could be further implemented.
