Coalitions
Coalitions: A Celebration of Artist Faculty and Families
Exhibition - January 27 - February 24, 2023 (extended)
Closing Reception - February 24, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Fort Hayes Metropolitan Education Center’s “School for the Visual Arts” began as a visual arts career center with Fine Arts, Photography and Commercial Art programs in 1979 on the former Fort Hayes Military base in downtown Columbus, and was later joined by the Arts/Academic High School in 1987. We have been fortunate over these 44 years to have taught the sons, daughters and grandchildren of many of Columbus’s most talented creative artists and have a long history of talented artists /faculty. We are happy to celebrate this creative coalition in this exhibition.
