Trialstreamer

Trialstreamer descibes itself as a living annotated database of over 821,900 randomised controlled trials (13 April 2023). It is built from searches of PubMed and the ICTRP and uses RobotReviewer to automatically find RCTs and extract summary data from the records.

The resource is a collaboration between King's College London (UK), Northeastern University (USA), and Vortext Systems (The Netherlands).

Searching uses natural language processing and the prompt suggests entering a population, intervention, comparator or outcome.

The results are summaries of the Population, Intervention and Outcomes, along with the study reference, population size as well as a key result statement and a risk of bias statement.

Results can be downloaded as a RIS file.
