COVID-19 trial collections
As a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, many research teams have developed collections of COVID-19 trials.
COVID-evidence database
COVID-evidence database (Department of Clinical Research at University of Basel and the Meta-Research Innovation Center at Stanford)
Planned, ongoing and completed RCTs to treat and prevent SARS-CoV-2 infections
Continuously updated database of the worldwide available evidence on interventions for COVID-19.
Data identification: Systematic searches in ClinicalTrials.gov and the WHO's International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP). For publications and preprints: Systematic searches in the LOVE platform of all randomized controlled trials reporting results. The platform covers PubMed, medRxiv, bioRxiv and many other data sources.
The COVID-NMA initiative
The COVID-NMA initiative is an international initiative working in conjunction with the World Health Organization (WHO), led by a team of researchers from Cochrane and other institutions (Université de Paris, Inserm, CNRS, Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine Odense (CEBMO), University of Southern Denmark, Odense University Hospital, Epistemonkos Foundation, Fondazione IRCCS Ca' Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, University of Milan).
The site provides a living map of COVID-19 trials registered on the ICTRP which is updssted weekly.
It also provides a living synthesis of published studies (journal papers and preprints) which is updated daily.
