About Me

My name is Carol Gore. I will be your physical education teacher. I graduated from ASU with a BA in Education and got my Master's degree from NAU in Educational Leadership. This will be my 35th year teaching and all have been here at DSMS. I have been married 31 years and have 3 daughters, ages 23, 25 and 27. They recently moved to Austin, Texas.

What We'll Be Doing

My goal is to encourage children to be active, educate them on "why" they should be physically fit and help them find a sport/activity in which they can do for a lifetime of enjoyment and health. Our physical education program here at DSMS focuses on a variety of activities and sports, which includes softball, soccer, volleyball, track and field, football, basketball, fitness, dance, tennis and many others. We simply want them moving. If they like it there's a greater chance they will do it, again.
