Research Support & Publications Specialist | Remote Work Expert
ABOUT ME
I am a remote work expert with almost a decade of experience in publications and digital media products. I also am a published researcher with over 57,800 online reads and over 420 citations. My background in research support led me to establish one of the first research divisions within a graduate medical education (GME) program in the United States. I managed the transition of the GME research division, to incorporate 8 residency programs over 4 healthcare sites, and increased research output across the organization at the system level. In addition, I have expertise as a federal contractor, in the roles of a technical writer/editor and scientific writer/editor, for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. I provide support and consultation with manuscripts, presentations, and other research products. In my free-time, I volunteer for the local state parks organization, and I am a volunteer map editor and a history researcher/author with the U.S. Department of the Interior.
