All About Me

About Me    

I grew-up in Claridon and was a Berkshire Badger!  I attended Wilmington College in southern Ohio and received my Master's Degree from John Carroll University.  This is my 34th year teaching for Chardon!  I've been the district's Literacy Coach and have taught Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade. 

My Family

 My husband, Jeff, is a school psychologist for Berkshire Schools. We have one daughter named Maddie who is a sophomore in college. We also have two pets, an adorable (and well behaved!) British Jack Russell named Oliver and my beloved turtle, Jorge.

Hobbies

I have so many things I love to do!  I'm an avid reader, and I also love the theater.  My daughter and I love to travel to different theaters around the country.  I also love movies, gardening, hiking, playing sports, biking, traveling, riding horses, everything Harry Potter, and making & listening to music.
