NAAFP Funds Lead Researcher Responsibilities

Once your project has been approved, it is the responsibility of the Project Lead to ensure that funds are used in accordance with the terms of the agreement and U of A policies. The University has implemented several distributed methods to facilitate the purchase of lower value goods and services. The use of personal financial resources to purchase goods and services for University requirements is generally discouraged. However, it is recognized that in rare circumstances this could be the most practical method available.
