Nurseries

In 2014, we helped establish the Czech and Slovak Nursery here at SEWREC which started as a Saturday school led by a Slovak teacher and ran for two years. Now it is a mother and toddler group where children can come play and mums can chat and share their experiences in their own language. We organise a number of events, including St. Nicolas party, Halloween party, Carnivals, Art competitions and many more.

Through our Facebook support page, we helped establish the Hungarian Nursery in Newport. This Nursery is run by volunteer Ildiko Bodovics, a qualified teacher from Hungary.

It takes place in SEWREC every Saturday at 9am - 1pm.
