It is basically an organization which is the journey of some emerging young women of Cox's Bazar to create planning and development ideas and to create women leadership and to play a role in women's empowerment, creativity and talent development of children and adolescents. Which is to reduce the unemployment rate, increase and develop skills to empower and self-reliance of young women through technology, increase English language skills, move the country forward through online e-commerce, freelancing income and develop Digital Bangladesh to become a developed country. The main goal of this organization is to provide skilled citizens and employment through self-employment programs with full cooperation to Bangladesh Government.

First, in 2022, the Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation-HEART Society take the initiative as the sister concern as Women Platform Innovation and the mindset to develop this organization as an independent organization was created. Because, in 2017, the world's largest Rohingya infiltration occurred in Cox's Bazar district of Bangladesh, which is called Cox's Bazar as a Rohingya populated area. One of the border upazilas of this remote district is Teknaf where the potential youth and student society in the aggression of drugs, the horrible and lonely in the trafficking of women and children and under its influence the poor youth society, women and children of the remote areas are constantly turned into ruins.
