Shuttle and Parking Information

Shuttle services will be provided UNM Shuttle Services from the recommended sites (Embassy Suites and Sheraton Albuquerque Airport) to the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center and back to the hotel on all days of the conference (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). We do not advise walking between the hotel and the conference due to lack of sidewalks alongside a very busy road.

Thursday, August 31

Shuttle services will transport participants to the conference at 7:30am, this will allow you to pick up name badge and conference materials. Services will transport participants back to hotel after the conference (5:30pm), and again after the reception (7:30pm).

Friday, September 1

Shuttle services will transport participants to the conference at 7:30 am. Final shuttle services at 1:30pm back to hotel for participants to pick up personal vehicle.

Onsite Parking

Parking is available onsite, but extremely limited. There is no cost to park. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites or the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport, we encourage you to utilize the shuttle service. Those who are not please plan accordingly and share rides whenever possible.
