Journ

by Dulcie Jacobs

Dulcie's piece is called JOURN. This is due to her being undecided if it was a journal or a journey, so in fact, she incorporated both. JOURN. Is a piece that explores mental health and how to handle it.

Coming from a biographical perspective, these are things that help her but may not help you. We also see poetry from darker times in Dulcie's life. During the making of this Dulcie began to feel very overwhelmed. As her mental health declined, she made use of her JOURN and it encouraged her to keep going despite it all. This piece has been created with the hope of helping others to keep going.
