The Team

Our team is very friendly and long standing with a few new comers who are compassionate and committed to the care provided. We are proud of our well qualified and experienced staff team.

All our staff members are encouraged to achieve the qualifications and credit framework qualification a minimum of level 2. Most our 70% of the staff members have achieved either level 2 or 3. the others are working towards achieving the qualification. All staff are annually attend further short course training or refresher training.

Almost all staff members are very loyal long standing members and their time varies from 4-27 years. We are very proud that we can recognise the good members and have the ability to retain them.
