Isolation / Quarantine Information
Isolation: If your child tests positive for COVID-19 isolation is required for 5 days following the start of symptoms. The child can return to school on day 6 if symptoms are improving and the child has been fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medication. A mask should be worn on days 6-10.
Quarantine: Quarantine is no longer recommended for people who are exposed to COVID-19. The CDC recommends that those exposed to COVID, regardless of vaccination status or history of prior COVID infection wear a well-fitting mask for 10 days and test on or after day 5 or sooner if symptoms develop.
